1. Data controller

The data controller is MSB TECH SASU (SIRET 98215135900014). For any question about your personal data, write to contact@msbtechpro.com.

2. Data collected and purposes

We only collect data you send us voluntarily. No profiling, no automated decision-making, and no sale of data.

Quote request form — data: name, company (optional), email address, message, and where applicable the list of selected products. Purpose: handling your request and sending you a commercial proposal. Legal basis: pre-contractual steps taken at your request (GDPR art. 6.1.b).

Newsletter subscription — data: email address. Purpose: sending you product and market news. Legal basis: your consent (GDPR art. 6.1.a), withdrawable at any time.

We collect no payment data: the site has no payment system.

3. Retention periods

• Quote requests: 3 years from the last contact, then deleted.
• Newsletter subscribers: until you unsubscribe or ask for deletion.

4. Recipients and processors

Your data is accessible only to authorised MSB TECH staff, through an administration area protected by authentication. We rely on the following processors:

• Cloudflare, Inc. — hosting of the site and of the database (Cloudflare D1), whose primary location is in Western Europe.
• Resend — delivery of the internal notification email triggered by a quote request.

As Cloudflare and Resend are companies established in the United States, any transfer outside the European Union is governed by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, even though the data is stored in Europe.

5. Cookies

This site uses no advertising cookies, no third-party trackers and no analytics tools.

Only two strictly necessary cookies may be set: a language preference cookie (NEXT_LOCALE), so the site is served in French or English; and, in the restricted administration area only, session cookies required for authentication.

As these cookies are strictly necessary to operate the service, they do not require prior consent — which is why no cookie banner is shown.

6. Security

Traffic to and from the site is encrypted over HTTPS. The administration area is protected by Cloudflare Access: every request must present a signed identity token, verified server-side before any read or write. The public site performs reads only, limited to published content.

7. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase, restrict, object to and port your data. You may also withdraw your newsletter consent at any time.

To exercise these rights, write to contact@msbtechpro.com. We respond within one month at the latest.

If, after contacting us, you believe your rights are not being respected, you may lodge a complaint with the CNIL (French data protection authority), 3 place de Fontenoy, TSA 80715, 75334 Paris Cedex 07 — cnil.fr.

8. Changes

This policy may be updated to reflect changes to the site or to the applicable regulation. The date of the last update appears at the top of the page.
